§ 01 / How it thinks

Otto notices what
you missed.

Otto reads across your calendar, Slack, Notion, and more — then connects things you'd never put side by side.

OttoThu 8:15am
The report's due 9am tomorrow and it's waiting on Sam's numbers — he said today. Your afternoon's wall-to-wall, so chase him this morning while there's a gap. Leave it and you're writing it blind tonight.
On it. Thanks Otto.

How Otto pieced it together

Notion · ProjectsReport — due tomorrow, 9:00am
Slack · TuesdaySam: “I'll get you the numbers Thursday”
Calendar · todayYour afternoon — 5 meetings, 1–6pm, no gaps

Otto reads, connects the dots, and hands you the call.

§ 02 / The work

Three or four texts
a day. Maybe.

01

the morning brief

One text at 7:30. The two or three things that matter, with opinion attached. No list, no manufactured panic.

Otto — the morning brief
02

ask what's next

Stuck? Text Otto. "What should I do right now" gets one answer, not a dashboard. Deadlines, blocked threads, calendar gaps — weighted, ranked, one line. Reply "done" and it hands you the next.

30-minute meeting prep

Thirty minutes before any meeting with another person, Otto texts you what you'd wish you'd remembered. Last conversation. Outstanding items. What's changed in their world. You walk in sharper than everyone else.

§ 05 / Your data

It reads.
It never acts.

Otto watches your calendar and inbox only to advise you — and does nothing else with them. It sees what matters, touches nothing, and forgets fast.

Otto can
Read your calendar & events
Read your email & Drive links
Read Slack & Notion for context
Otto can't
Book, send, or reply for youNever
Move, cancel, or change anythingNever
Minimal. Reads only what it needs each cycle.
Ephemeral. Message history rolls off after 7 days.
Reversible. Text DELETE and every trace is gone.
§ 06 / Questions

Asked often.
Answered briefly.

Q/01
What does Otto cost?
Otto costs $15 a month, or $150 a year — two months free. 7-day trial, no credit card. Pay on day seven via the Stripe link in your text thread if you want Otto to stay.
+
Q/02
How do I join?
Joining takes one step: enter your number in the form on this page. Submit and Otto texts you straight away — your spot is confirmed. No app, no download.
+
Q/03
Why not just use ChatGPT or a to-do app?
Those wait for you — you open the app, type the prompt, keep the list current. Otto works the other way: it reads your real calendar and inbox and texts you the one thing that matters, before you'd think to ask. No prompt, no list to maintain, nothing new to check.
+
Q/04
What does Otto connect to?
Otto connects to Google Calendar, Gmail, Notion, GitHub, and Slack. Google covers your calendar, email, and Drive file links on events. Notion and GitHub carry project context, Slack carries team signals. Microsoft Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar are on the roadmap — no date promised.
+
Q/05
Does Otto store my data?
Otto stores the minimum needed to run. It reads your calendar fresh each cycle and keeps only the signals that matter. SMS history rolls off after 7 days. Text DELETE any time and everything goes.
+
Q/06
How do I stop Otto?
Text STOP and Otto goes quiet — no more messages. PAUSE on its own snoozes it indefinitely; PAUSE 7 days (or 3 hours) sets a timer. RESUME brings it back. Want a clean slate? Text DELETE, then CONFIRM DELETE within 24 hours and every trace is gone.
+
Q/07
Will Otto text me at 11pm?
No. Otto works business hours, inferred from your calendar patterns. If you're a morning person it adjusts. If you go quiet for a week it assumes you're on holiday. Otto's not a dog.
+
Q/08
Why a waitlist?
Two reasons. SMS regulations require slow registration, so the rollout is paced. And the early ones set the tone — it's for people who want the product.
