i'm Rhys. i build Otto, an AI chief of staff that lives in your text messages and tells you what matters next.

i build in public. Otto is one of two things i'm making out loud. the other is Tideline, a tool for making sense of where your money actually goes. both get shipped, broken, and fixed where people can watch. it's just me for now.

i live in Victoria, Australia. i've used a lot of productivity apps and closed most of them. the good ones still ask you to open a dashboard, sort a backlog, tend a system. the day fills up anyway. i wanted something that reads the calendar so i don't have to, decides what counts, and says one honest thing over text. no app to check. that's the whole idea behind Otto.

building in public keeps me honest. if a thing doesn't work i'd rather say so than dress it up. you can follow along or just try the product when it's ready.
